Driven by a passion for serving others and building meaningful relationships, I have shaped my life around the things that matter most to me. Building my business on values of integrity, compassion and expertise, it is my goal to create a lasting legacy in the industry I love.
As the oldest of five siblings, responsibility became second nature to me from an early age. With a single mom, I was happy to help take care of my siblings, and it was the perfect childhood in many ways. It wasn’t until college, where I was surrounded by diverse people that I realized we didn’t have a lot of money growing up.
When I spoke with my mom about it, she simply said, “Well, that's because you grew up with a lot of love!” She was right. We always felt we had everything we needed. My mom’s strength and love are inspiring, reminding me what truly matters in life.
Ultimately, I started a career in corporate America. I honed my skills in management and customer service. Building relationships was always something I excelled at, wanting to truly know the people I work with and serve. These experiences shaped the foundation of my approach to business.
In 1995, a promotion led me to the East Coast, where I eventually settled in Greenville, South Carolina a few years later. At the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, I fell in love with the outdoor lifestyle and laid-back charm of this area. There, I helped open new Walmart Supercenters, learning a lot about the different communities in the Upstate. However, with time, I began thinking more about my future. My work weeks were often 50+ hours. It wasn’t necessarily the work that I minded, but if I was going to dedicate my life to something, I wanted it to be something of my own making.
Throughout my childhood, we never owned a home. That picturesque idea of a home with a white picket fence was a powerful symbol to me, something that represented a peaceful space for people to gather, enjoying the stability and security of homeownership. Real estate always interested me, and finally, in 2002, I decided to get my license.
Working in real estate marked the beginning of a new chapter filled with passion, purpose and endless possibilities. What I found in real estate was more than just a profession; it was a calling—a calling to serve, to empower and to guide individuals and families through one of life's most significant milestones.
Relationships are the heart of my business. Just as I spent my early days caring for my family, I find the same fulfillment in supporting my clients, ensuring their needs are met every step of the way. With each transaction, I feel a deep sense of purpose, knowing that I am helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership.
Within the industry, I have been very passionate about helping my fellow agents and the industry as a whole. In 2015, I was the Cultural Ambassador of the Carolina Regions, an award that had nothing to do with production but instead the attitude and professionalism with which I approach real estate. For years, I also worked to create training programs to equip agents with the resources needed to succeed.
As I work to build my legacy in the industry, I want to help others along the way, establishing a business I am truly proud of. With 20+ years of experience in real estate, my goal is to build a great team of agents who share my commitment to integrity, excellence and genuine care for the clients we serve.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, gardening, cooking, making craft cocktails, trying new restaurants, and being with my two dogs, Baxter and Sanford. I enjoy making new dishes from scratch and baking different breads and desserts. For my annual Christmas party, I create handcrafted drink menus with a signature drink for my guests! I take pride in providing excellent recommendations for new recipes, drinks and restaurants to my clients, friends and family—it's a great way to stay connected with people and my community.
Over 20+ years in real estate, my commitment to serving my clients with integrity and professionalism has remained unwavering. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers through the intricacies of the buying process or assisting seasoned investors in maximizing their returns, I approach each client relationship with the same level of dedication and care.
What has kept me in real estate for over two decades is simple: I love what I do. Like any job, it has its challenges, but the rewards are far greater. Witnessing the satisfaction of my clients when we get a great deal is what continues to motivate me. Building relationships with clients, some of whom become lifelong friends, adds an extra layer of joy to my work. I thrive as a natural problem-solver and think outside the box to help navigate even the most complex transactions. I don't believe in taking no for an answer—if there's a will, there's a way, and I'm committed to finding it!
